My passion is teaching recovery in a genuine, honest, straight forward manner using proven techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, spirituality, and humor. I have a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling from Lesley University, and an associate's degree in Addiction Counseling and Criminal Justice.
I have worked as a clinician in a community mental health setting counseling people with severe and persistent mental illness, a case manager for probation/parole diversion program, a counselor in residential and outpatient settings, and school adjustment counselor counseling adolescents a high school.
