Individual psychotherapy for children, adults, and seniors using cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy. Practice includes: depressive disorders, anxiety, self-esteem development, stress management, anger issues, coping techniques, bereavement, family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, trauma issues, communication techniques, issues related to childhood/adolescence and multicultural issues. Experiences include but are not limited to both inpatient treatment and private practice. Dahlia utilizes many modes of psychotherapy with adults including client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She is dedicated to creating a setting in which individuals are treated with honesty and empathy.
