As a board certified holistic nurse practitioner, I use a holistic approach and natural remedies to treat mental health disorders. My treatment methods include nutritional counseling, dietary supplementation, behavioral counseling and stress management techniques. I am experienced in the treatment of eating disorders, women’s issues, adolescents and children. With over 20 years of experience, I have found that healing takes place within a trusting, collaborative relationship. I received my bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Salem State College in 1984 and my master’s degree in Maternal/Child Health Nursing from Boston College in 1988. I earned my certification as an Advanced Holistic Nurse in March of 2009.
