You may walk into therapy feeling depressed, overwhelmed, stressed or anxious and feel like no one really hears you. You might struggle to meet the demands of your kids, your spouse, or relationships. You take care of everyone but no one understands the problems you struggle with daily. You may even wonder why you have not found a solution to your problems and are starting to lose hope.

I can help you regain hope.

As a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I have helped many clients through exactly what you are going through. I know how hard it can be when the chaos of a hectic life and the troubles of daily stress collide to pull your world apart. Together we will collaborate to find your inner strength and resilience - making your life what you always wanted it to be. Life can be manageable again.

My approach is caring, simple, and direct. No psychobabble, mumbo-jumbo, or silent note taking where you are left worrying what the clinician is thinking or if you are simply wasting your time.

I know your time is valuable, I respect and honor how difficult that first call can be. I make sure you are heard. Call me - together we can figure out how to find contentment and happiness again.

My areas of specialty include: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Anger, Coping Skills, Communication, Relaxation, Assertiveness, Codependancy, Parenting, Stress Management, Muliticultural Issues and my treatments include: Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I work with individuals, couples, and families who are eager to improve their lives and relationships. I work in a variety of ways to help families get what they want out of therapy. Most often this involves gaining relief from painful emotional symptoms, improving interpersonal relationships, becoming more productive at work and being free to take more enjoyment out of life. I approach therapy with a client centered, genuine, and collaborative point of view. My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. I utilize various techniques derived from cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and intergenerational theories. I tend to have a holistic point of view. My areas of interest are couples work, anxiety, depression, grief or loss, and parenting.
