Hi, I’m Jen. My goal is to inspire you to overcome stress, love yourself, and delight in life.
 
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I have years of experience helping people generate change, improve relationships, and decrease worry, sadness, and frustration. My specialty is supporting adolescents and young adults as they strive to determine who they are and what they want out of life. I also excel at helping families, children, adolescents, and adults increase communication skills, cope with trauma, and manage anger, anxiety, impulsivity, and depression.
 
Life can be full of obstacles we never expected. Sometimes those sudden changes leave us feeling broken, hopeless, and lost. I understand that opening up to a stranger can be intimidating and making time for yourself can be overwhelming, but I know you will be amazed at what you are capable of.
