Susan Norton, LICSW, MSW
Your emotional health impacts physical health, life satisfaction and overall wellbeing. As children, we learn skills which help us to get along with others, feel empathy, show kindness, manage anger, sadness and disappointment. We learn to manage the ups and downs of everyday life. As we get older, we experience more of what life has to bring. Life brings all kinds of weather- fair and stormy.
When life is stormy, counseling can be a port in the storm. A safe place to step back and look at where you’ve been, then to find the direction you want to go.
I have worked with children, teens, families as well as adults using a strength and resilience based approach.
Contact me if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, communication problems, behavioral difficulties, parenting skills, ADHD behaviors, young adult/adjustment issues, LGBTQ/gender issues or adjustment issues.
I look forward to working with you.
