As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I work with individuals, couples, and families who are eager to improve their lives and relationships. I work in a variety of ways to help families get what they want out of therapy. Most often this involves gaining relief from painful emotional symptoms, improving interpersonal relationships, becoming more productive at work and being free to take more enjoyment out of life. I approach therapy with a client centered, genuine, and collaborative point of view. My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. I utilize various techniques derived from cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and intergenerational theories. I tend to have a holistic point of view. My areas of interest are couples work, anxiety, depression, grief or loss, and parenting.
